Nk’Yap Communications Inc. is a newly formed St’át’imc communications company. We are looking for a full-time project manager to work out of our Lillooet, BC office. Starting date is flexible.

Job Description:

  • 60% Project Management (Administration, Scheduling, Contractors)
    • Manage all projects and contractors
  • 20% Internal Work
    • Office management, administration, basic bookkeeping
  • 20% Production
    • Creating materials with proposed templates using InDesign, Pages, etc.

  • Industry Experience
    • Professional communication project experience
    • Ability to do production
    • Familiar with CMS, web development, print/ layout, printing
  • Technical Background and People Skills
    • Experience with web apps (Basecamp, Freshbooks, Google Cal, Posterous)
    • Interpersonal skills (dealing with people, clients, conflict situations)
    • Comfortable giving presentations, chairing meetings, etc
    • Organize and deliver training sessions to clients
    • Mac work environment

i would be a perfect candidate for this job. im in school right now for communication, broadcast news, soical scinecne, and many oral presentations. i have also done university for some business computers, as well as web, media, and editing. in my past job i have also done a few years in sales. strong leadership skills. i have 90% of what u need. the only thing i don't know much of is the administrative side of thing, but i could learn that very fast under some intrsutions. email me with further notification. thank you for your time.
